01Overview & acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you (and, where applicable, the optical shop you represent) and Codeiqra Technologies ("Codeiqra Vision Hub", "Vision Hub", "we", "us"), governed by the laws of India, including the Indian Contract Act, 1872 and the Information Technology Act, 2000. By creating an account or otherwise using Vision Hub, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree to them, do not use Vision Hub.

02Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and competent to contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 to use Vision Hub. When your shop is set up, an admin account is created; the admin may add further staff accounts with role-based access. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that takes place under your account.

03Using the service

You agree to use Vision Hub only for lawful business purposes connected with running your optical shop, and not to:

• Use the service to store or process data you do not have the right to hold.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to another shop's data or account.
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of Vision Hub or its infrastructure.
• Use the service in a way that breaches any applicable Indian law, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules made under it.

04Subscriptions & billing

New shops start on a free trial. Beyond the trial, Vision Hub is offered on paid subscription plans (currently Basic and Pro tiers, each available on different billing intervals). Subscribing or changing your plan is not self-service today — you (or your shop) arrange this directly with our team by phone or email, and we will confirm the plan, price, and billing interval that apply to your shop before it takes effect.

Fees, billing cycles, and any changes to your plan will be as agreed between you and Codeiqra Technologies at the time of subscription or change. For billing questions, refunds, or to cancel your subscription, contact us using the details in Section 13.

05Your data

You (your shop) own the business data you enter into Vision Hub — customers, orders, inventory, sales, expenses, and related records. We process this data only to provide the service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and for having the right to store your customers' information in Vision Hub.

06Intellectual property

Vision Hub — its software, design, and branding — is the property of Codeiqra Technologies and is protected under Indian copyright and trademark law. These Terms do not grant you any ownership in Vision Hub; you receive only a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it for your shop's business, for as long as your subscription is active.

07Third-party services

Vision Hub uses Supabase for authentication and database hosting, and WhatsApp to deliver order-status messages you choose to send to your customers. Your use of WhatsApp messaging through Vision Hub is also subject to WhatsApp's own terms. We are not responsible for outages or changes made by these third-party providers that are outside our control.

08Disclaimers & liability

Vision Hub is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we work to keep the service reliable and your data secure, we do not guarantee that Vision Hub will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted under Indian law, Codeiqra Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of Vision Hub, including loss of business, revenue, or data, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.

09Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Codeiqra Technologies harmless from any claim, loss, or demand (including reasonable legal costs) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of Vision Hub, or your violation of any applicable law or third party's rights.

10Termination

You may stop using Vision Hub, or request closure of your account, at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate access to Vision Hub if these Terms are breached, if fees remain unpaid, or if required by law. On termination, your right to use Vision Hub ends; your data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

11Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, the competent courts in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of Vision Hub. Where you and Codeiqra Technologies agree, a dispute may instead be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

12Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of Vision Hub after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
