01Overview

This policy applies to Codeiqra Vision Hub ("Vision Hub", "we", "us"), a product of Codeiqra Technologies, based in India. It explains what information we collect from optical shops and their staff who use Vision Hub, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using Vision Hub, you agree to the practices described here.

02Information we collect

We collect three broad categories of information:

• Account & shop information — the name, email, and contact details you provide when your shop is set up, plus shop details like address and logo.
• Business data you enter — customers, orders, inventory, sales, expenses, and related records you or your staff create while using the product. This data belongs to your shop.
• Technical information — standard information collected automatically when you use Vision Hub, such as log data, device/browser information, and timestamps, used to keep the service reliable and secure.

03How we use your information

We use the information above to:

• Operate Vision Hub and provide the features your plan includes.
• Send order-status updates over WhatsApp on your behalf, when you choose to use that feature.
• Provide customer support and respond to the requests you send us.
• Keep your account and your shop's data secure.
• Communicate with you about your subscription, such as renewal or plan-change confirmations.

We do not sell your data, and we do not use your business data to advertise to your customers.

04How we share information

We don't share your data with third parties for their own marketing purposes. We do use a small number of service providers to operate Vision Hub for authentication and database hosting and to deliver order-status messages via WhatsApp to your customers.

We may also disclose information if required to do so by law, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Vision Hub, our users, or others.

05Data retention

We keep your account and business data for as long as your shop's account is active, so the product continues to work correctly. If you close your account, we retain data only as long as reasonably needed for legal, accounting, or dispute-resolution purposes, then it is deleted.

06Data security

Your shop's data is isolated from every other shop on the platform and stored using industry-standard security practices. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, but we work to protect your information appropriately for the type of data we hold.

07Your rights & choices

You can ask us to:

• Give you a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
• Correct information that is inaccurate or out of date.
• Delete your account and associated data.

These aren't self-service actions in the product today — email support@codeiqra.com and our team will action your request.

08Children's privacy

Vision Hub is a business tool intended for shop owners and staff. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

09Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of Vision Hub after a change means you accept the updated policy.
